TasteDubs Ep. 002: Jasmine Hirsch Part I


Okay, you guys, here it is. Our much awaited follow up to Dave Golovin’s podcast was with Ms. Jasmine Hirsch of her family’s namesake winery in Western Sonoma. So you know, the intention of this podcast was sort of like an exercise for Frank and I. We really wanted to see if we could create an immersive listen, so immersive that it would be as if you (yes, you) were the fourth person joining us for dinner that evening. With that there are a few things to consider: First, there’s a bit of ambient sound at the very beginning of the podcast – don’t be freaked out – we’re just making it sound more “real.” You’ll notice the same sort of sounds during our conversational transitions.

Last but not at all least, we’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Jack and Susan and the whole crew at Pizzetta 211 for taking such good care of us and allowing us to use the space to host our podcast.
