If you missed it, a few months ago, a few of our Sous Chefs at Nopa hosted a multi-course dinner at Marla Bakery. Tonight at Marla Bakery: Melissa McGrath, Stephen Call, Patrick Delsid – the aforementioned “few Sous” – along with (newly former Pastry Chef) Anna Lee, and Tristan Covello, a front-of-house manager at Nopa, offer a more casual, picnic-inspired menu. There are still tickets remaining to this event. $45 gets you dinner and $20 more, all you can drink. Happy SousDay!

- The Meat: Smoked Brisket, Fermented Pepper Sausages
