Palate: very round, chalky, ripe fruit, flowers, strong minerality, tart fruits, gunpowder, high acidity, very fresh, high toned, mushroom, bright not funky
Absolutely gorgeous wine showing off the freshness of the vintage. Great pairing with salmon, smoked trout, chicken, and vegetable tagine.
