These eggs are from our boss’ chickens in Petaluma. In addition to being gorgeous, they make really yellow pasta. According to Al, tonight we’re having shortrib dumplings of some sort. Curious to see the final product, but this video does show just how much of a difference farm eggs make in pasta.
