Nopa, like many contemporary farm-centric restaurants in our country, has bees on our roof. Much has been written about the continuing decline of the bee population, their health and each affects our livelihood. Terry Oxford of Urban Bee SF has been not only an outspoken advocate for bee health, she also raises bees that are free of chemicals and pesticides.
