For our final installation of Classics Exhibition at Blackbird, we present the ubiquitous, Negroni. Negroni = Equal Parts: Gin, Campari, VermouthBlackbird uses Plymouth Gin from Plymouth, England. Note the precise measuring – making a Negroni is akin to baking.
The Negroni should be stirred. Always.
Voila! Negroni. Our entry on the Negroni is brief, mimicking the drink itself – a celebration of brevity, simplicity and precision. An orange wedge heightens the gin botanicals and bittersweet Campari. It is a drink to be enjoyed year round and suitable order for any cocktail occasion.
