I miss summer already. Not that it’s over, but I notice the days are shorter. And since I live in San Francisco ( a very windy pocket in fact), I should celebrate this. After all, we call our summer “Indian” and experience it when the rest of the country welcomes autumn. The whole thing about our summers being cold winters has a bit of merit.

Who Knew Bill Clinton Was a Vegan!? →
Not surprisingly, this was prompted by his quadruple bypass last year. He talks about it here with Dr. Gupta on CNN. Given his well publicized affinity for eating (even subject of SNL fodder), this is obviously a significant ambassador for veganism. Hopefully people will begin to take seriously the merits of a healthy diet for preventative and recuperative healing.
